Lines Merge Control For AutoCAD Printing
Unfortunately Autdesk for whatever reason decided that the lines merge in AutoCAD would only be controlled by the Pc3 file. So you cannot print directly to a plotter driver and expect the lines merge to work. You must create a Pc3 file in AutoCAD using the Plotter Manger for the PDF-XChange for AcroPlot Pro and then under the Device and Document Settings->Merge Control->Graphics enable the "Lines Merge" instead of the "Lines Overwrite".
We also strongly suggest that you leave the defualt Blending Mode to "Darken" and the De-tessellation to "Simple" for AutoCAD. Click Here for More Info
