Yes AutoCAD 2007-2008 does include a built-in PDF driver for use from AutoCAD only but our AcroPlot PDF files are still considerably smaller and of higher quality. We have even done the homework for you.

Download and Installation Instructions

Follow the instructions below on how to download and install the software.

1.) If you have not downloaded the software yet you can download it from the link below.
http://www.cadzation.com/downloads/AcroPlotSetup.exe

2.) Be sure to save the download file in a folder that is easy to find or remember.

3.) Once the download is complete, find and double-click on the "AcroPlotSetup.exe" file to begin the software installation.

4.) In Windows 2000 and XP operating systems the user must have admin or power user rights for the printer driver to install properly.

5.) The installation program is a common install for all of our programs. During the install you will be prompted which program you want to install or for evaluation you can install all of the programs to see which one works best for your workflow.

6.) Once the installation is complete you must restart your system.

7.) When our software is started, select the "Enter Evaluation Code" button and paste in the evaluation code to begin using the software.

8.) After entering in the Evaluation Code you will be able to use our software without having the evaluation watermark added to each page.

What is the difference between the various versions?

AcroPlot Jr
AcroPlot Jr. runs inside of AutoCAD 2000-2007 (and all vertical platforms) to convert just the current drawing to PDF. It will not work with AutoCAD LT.

AcroPlot
AcroPlot includes AcroPlot Jr. and it also allows you to batch convert multiple drawings to PDF files. You can either run AcroPlot from inside of AutoCAD or from outside of AutoCAD. Also if you have AutoCAD LT or don't even have AutoCAD at all our own internal direct convert can convert the drawings to PDF for you.

AcroPlot Pro
Includes all of the features of AcroPlot and AcroPlot Jr. plus it allows you to batch convert various input formats to PDF, DWF, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, TIF, or monochrome Group4 TIF files. AcroPlot Pro also includes our AcroPlot Matrix software for editing PDF and DWF files once they have been created.
