First we can select the output filename and which drawings and layouts we would like to plot.
 Next we can select the various options such as the paper size, resolution, orientation, and standard AutoCAD plot options. We can even add bookmarks, a watermark, and set the PDF document summary and security settings.
 We can create complex bookmarks by extracting either the drawing properties or even titleblock attributes from the drawing.  Now we can set the email properties so that it can be emailed to our customer. Or we can use a template file to create the email body.
 Now we let the program do the work for us. It can even open the new file in Acrobat Reader if you have it installed.
