Xerox® AccXES™ Client Tools (ACT) Configuration Instructions for AcroPlot Repro™ PDF & DWF® to TIFF Converter |
AcroPlot Repro cannot run as a PDF, DWF and PLT file processor within the Xerox® AccXES™ Client Tools (ACT) software because there are no configuration options to utilize other applications for specific file type processing. To use AcroPlot Repro with Xerox® AccXES™ Client Tools (ACT) software, PDF, DWF and PLT files will need to be converted first with AcroPlot Repro and the resulting TIFF files produced can then be added to a job in Xerox® AccXES™ Client Tools (ACT) software. |

| 1. | Go to Start-->All Programs-->AcroPlot Repro-->AcroPlot Repro to launch the program. |

| 2. | Add the PDF, DWF, or PLT files that need to be converted to TIFF in AcroPlot Repro. |

| 3. | Process and convert the PDF or DWF files to TIFF. |

| 4. | Go to Start-->All Programs-->AccXES-->AccXES-Tools to launch Xerox® AccXES™ Client Tools. |

| 5. | In Xerox® AccXES™ Client Tools select the “Document” menu and then select “Add Document” to browse to the folder that contains the TIFF files created by AcroPlot Repro. |

| 6. | Once the TIFF files are added, follow the normal plotting procedure in the Xerox® AccXES™ Client Tools software to print the files. Below is an image showing the TIFF files that are ready to plot. |

| 5. | Your configuration of AcroPlot Repro as the PDF processor for Xerox® AccXES™ Client Tools (ACT) software is complete! |
