Please Check the Build Date and Update to the Latest:
We are constantly updating and improving our software. If your version is more then a month old we have likely posted a new release which you can download and install over your current version. There is a good chance that we may have already fixed your problem.  The Build Date in the AcroPlot Help->About is based on the Year-Month-Day format of when it was released so you know exactly how old your version is.

If you Installed a New Version of AutoCAD:
You must download and install the latest version of AcroPlot from our website.  Each new version of AutoCAD, even if it isn't a major format change, means that all programs must be recompiled for it.  If your AcroPlot Build Date is older then than the release date of AutoCAD it's not going to work unless you update your AcroPlot.
